Construction:
. Three polyurethane foam pads bonded
to a 2" thick kiln-dried wood backing
. Double seams on all joints
. 4" wide yellow guide stripes at bottom
of side pads
. Mesh bottom breathers on both sides
Fabric:
. 19 oz or 40 oz vinyl
(black, royal blue or others on demand)
. 40 oz neoprene (black only)
Optional features:
. Protective flaps or double-thickness on
contact area to prevent shear during truck
loading or unloading
. Beveled side pads for larger doors
. Variable thickness depending on ramp
. Higher head pad
. Head curtain for lower doors
